1. Load raw oil

2. High temperature distillation

Use a burner to heat the refining furnace, and at the same time use the flue gas generated during the heating process to preheat the preheating tank through the flue gas pipe; after the distillation reaction kettle reaches a certain temperature, the raw oil is evaporated, and a large amount of oil and gas will be evaporated;

3. Condensation into oil

The oil and gas will first pass through the company's customized catalytic tower, and then enter the coil condenser to be fully cooled into oil. The cooled liquid oil will be temporarily stored in the oil tank;

4. Drain asphalt

Open the slag discharge port, and the remaining asphalt in the distillation reactor will naturally fall due to its own weight and flow directly to the bottom for discharge.

5. Exhaust gas and flue gas purification

Part of the non-condensable gas generated during the high-temperature distillation process is processed by the tail gas purification system and returned to the distillation reactor as fuel for heating, saving fuel; the flue gas generated during the distillation process and tail gas combustion process can be purified by the desulfurization tower. Discharge.
