Waste platic Oil Refining Plant Distillation Machine is mainly to convert the waste oil,such as waste tire oil,plastic oil or pyrolysis oil into non-stardard diesel oil,and the diesel oil can be used in the Trucks, ships, farm machinery.
The process of the Waste platic Oil Refining Plant Distillation Machine
1.Pump tire oil etc. into the refing reactor ;
2.After heating to a certain temperature, the oil and gas is distilled out, and oil gas is enter the catalyst tower,cooling box ,and then cooled into oil and stored in the oil tank. Small amount of non-condensable gas is introduced into the combustion chamber through the recycling system to heat the distillation reactor to save fuel.
3.The combustion waste gas produced by heating is treated by the purification system and release via the chimney
4.The oil in the refing reactor is refined to the state of heavy oil slurry or carbon black agglomerate and then left the refing reactor
5.Pump the oil into the refing reactor for the next production cycle
6.The whole production process is slightly negative pressure, safer and better oil quality.
