Semi-continuous Waste tyre pyrolysis machine
The semi-continuous waste tire pyrolysis machine is more efficience than the batch type,but more cheaper than the fully continuous waste tyre pyrolysis machine;
It suit the raw material which has not the solid material that can not be pyrolysised,such as metal,brick,stones etc.
Semi-continuous pyrolysis machine advantage:
1.The feeding system is fixed with the reactor feeding inlet.when it feeding,do not open the reactor furner door.when feeding is end,do not move the feeding system,it can save the time and the labor;
2.When the pyrolysis is end,after reactor is cooled for 2-3 hours,it can discharge the carbon black through the srew conveyor.after the discharge is finished,just can feed the raw material diectly ,at this time,there is some temperature still in the reactor,so when it heated again,it will save heating fuel.
3.The machine runing site is more clean,because the feeding and the discharge is seal;
4.The semi-continuous pyrolysis machine is more efficiency than the batch pyrolysis machine;
