How many type of waste pyrolysis machine there are?
Our company is esteblished in 2007years,Now we have three type pyrolysis machine:Batch type pyrolysis;semi-continuous type;fully continuous type;
All the pyrolysis machine can pyrolysis solid waste,such as waste tyre,plastic,living garbage,waste medical,electronic waste;Semi-solid waste，such as oil suldge,floor oil sudge,Tank bottom sludge.
Batch type is most common type.The batch type pyrolysis machine has no shape requirement of the raw material,the raw material can be round,square,and it do not need to be pre-treated.The raw material can not only has the solid impurifier,but also can has the metal impurifier.The pyrolysis reactor need to stop after one batch finished. The newest design of the batch type pyrolysis is like below picture shows. it adpot the back discharge to discharge the carbon black.This design can realize discharging the carbon black when the tempreature is 100℃,it can save the time cost.For example,the machine with the capaicty 15tons one day,it can pyrolysis finish during one day.
The below picture show is the semi-continuous type pyrolysis machine.This machine is similar with the batch type.The main difference lie in the different feeding style.The batch type must open the furnace door when feeding the raw material,but semi-continuous do not need to.
The feeding device is fixed with the reactor,when feeding finished,there do not remove the feeding device,just close the value，it can save the larbor,and save the time.Also,the raw material which will be pyrolysised by semi-continuous type can not have the solid impurifier,such as metal,brick,stones.
The below pictures is now our neweste style of pyrolysis machine. it can continously work for 24hours,and it can realize feeding the raw material and the discharging the carbon black at the same time.This machine can continuously work more than 3 month with stop one time to maintain machine.
